Important Traveling Tips.
- If your pet is flying on cargo area/underneath the airplane and you are traveling to a cold or hot weather location, you are going to need to protect your pet for that particular weather. Your pet may stay outside controlled-temperature rooms from 20 minutes to 1 hour and more and it could be fatal. Talk to your airline about that.
- Purchase USDA-approved shipping crate that makes it safer for your pet while traveling
- Book a direct flight if possible.
- Label your crate appropriately. (e.g.: Live Animal –Pet Name)
- Take with you a pet friendly traveling kit: medicines, food, water, supplements.
- Prep your pet for traveling by going out with them on short trips and gradually increasing the length of those trips.
- Take with you their vaccine chart and required certificates.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:
– You should get the required documents and vaccines for the country or region you are traveling to otherwise they can put your dog under quarantine/government supervision and you will have to wait up to 30 days, plus pay a bigger bill at the end.
